Baku / 16.11.17 / Turan: As a result of yesterday's earthquake, damage was caused to private houses and social facilities in the Agdam district.

According to preliminary information from Eldaniz Abdullayev, assistant to the head of the Executive Power of the Agdam region, as a result of the tremors, 127 private houses and one school were affected.

In the houses mentioned, there had been cracks before, so the earthquake led them to an emergency condition.

In the settlement of Uchoglan, Zahra Safarova's house collapsed. In the settlement of Tazakend a school came to an emergency condition. In the settlement of Guzanli, a transformer went out of action.

At present, the electricity supply to the population has been restored. None of the people were hurt. However, there were 60 calls for ambulances in connection with the stress experienced by the people.

At present, the damage inflicted on the population and infrastructure is calculated.

Houses suffered mainly in the villages of Chemenli, Afatli, Zagishan, Khyndyristan, Guzanly, Uchoglan, and Garvand.

The administration of the Terter district informed that as a result of the earthquake, cracks were formed in the houses in the villages of Evoglu, Ismayilbeyli, and Askipara. Several adobe houses were destroyed.

The earthquake occurred on November 15 at 23.48 in the Agdam district. The outbreak occurred at a depth of 25 km. At the epicenter, the force of the tremors was 6 points. In nearby settlements, shocks of 5-3 points were felt. -06D--
