The number of registered religious communities is approaching 1,000
Baku/09.02.22/Turan: On February 9, the State Committee for Work with Religious Organizations (SCRS) of Azerbaijan issued registration certificates to newly registered communities. Thus, their total number reached 975.
According to the SCRS, of the 975 communities that have passed state registration, 938 are Islamic, and 37 are non-Muslim.-05D06-.
