Fifty-two Commercial Properties Exhibited for Privatization
The State Committee for Property Affairs (SCPA) announced the November 22 regular tenders for the privatization of 16 non-residential premises, and 36 enterprises and objects.
According to SCPA, these facilities are mainly located in Baku (41 objects). Investors are offered 20 individual objects together with the land.
The total area of the 52 objects offered for sale is 12,600 sq. meters. These objects have about 47,000 meters of land area. The total assets of these objects are estimated at 2.7 million AZN, and their lands - 1 million 847.5 thousand AZN.
Ten 10 objects have one employee each. In other words, 42 objects are idle. SCPA notes that auctions are conducted in an open and transparent manner. Any investor may take part.
