"Turan" independent news agency, one of the leading independent agencies in the former Soviet Union, was founded in May 1990 Baku by group of journalists.

The agency distributes news, analytical articles and reviews of Azerbaijan. Information products are such units as politics, economy, energy, finance, communications, photographs.

Media, government officials, government and diplomatic institutions, international organizations, foreign and domestic companies, use the products of the news agency information.

"Turan" News Products produced bulletins in three languages: Azerbaijani, English and Russian. The agency distributes news in real time ON-LINE, and in periodic form in the form of bulletins.
