НEU Mission observers arrived in the border area with Kalbajar
Baku/19.10.20/Turan: On October 18, the EU Monitoring Mission visited a number of villages in the Gegharkunik region of Armenia, accompanied by the commander of the Second Army Corps, Colonels Vahram Grigoryan and the governor of the region Karen Sargsyan. According to the Armenian media, they visited the villages of Tretuk, Kutakan, Sotk and Kut. The EU observers made observations and measurements.
It should be noted that this is one of the sections of the border between Armenia and Azerbaijan where clashes took place in mid-September with serious losses on both sides. ---02D---
