The prosecutor's office reported the arrest of workers of the executive authorities of several regions
Baku/01.05.20 /Turan: Employees of the Executive authorities of a number of regions were dismissed and prosecuted, the country's prosecutor general said on May 1.
In particular, officials were arrested in Masalli, Guba, Jalilabad and Zardab.
The facts of the appropriation of food packages were identified in Jalilabad.
In Zardab, there was also evidence of theft in the distribution of food aid.
In the prosecutor's offices of the Masalli, Guba, Jalilabad and Zardab regions, criminal proceedings have been instituted under the Articles 308.1 (abuse of power) and 313 (fake) of the Criminal Code.
Necessary investigative measures are taken to identify and hold accountable the perpetrators of crimes.
