AZAL charter flights delivered 1743 Azerbaijani citizens to Baku
Baku/19.03.20/Turan: In connection with the coronavirus pandemic, the state-owned company AZAL over the past few days has organized 12 charter flights to return Azerbaijani citizens from various countries.
In particular, 1743 citizens of the country were delivered to Baku by these flights from Istanbul, Ankara, Antalya, Moscow, St. Petersburg, Rome and Budapest, AZAL said.
The schedule of charter flights is determined in accordance with the preparedness of places in hospitals of the special regime, testing returnees, solving logistics issues and other issues.
Azerbaijani citizens abroad must be registered at embassies and consulates and comply with the proposed return schedule. The continuation of charter flights will be provided, the message says. — 06D-

During search and operational activities, on January 30 at 11:20, 16.4 kg of drugs were discovered and seized in the area of the "Geytapa" border post, located on the Iran-Azerbaijan border.
