Baku / Jan. 15 / Turan: On January 14, a 29-year-old Elchin Khalilov, a native of Azerbaijan, was shot dead in Charlotte, North Carolina.
According to FOX TV, Khalilov owned a Fixer Electronic Repair store.
According to witnesses, Khalilov was shot dead by an unknown man who attempted to commit a shop theft.
According to some reports, the deceased was engaged in the repair and sale of mobile phones. He moved to the United States a few years ago. A native of Sumgayit, Khalilov graduated from the University of Construction and Architecture in Baku. -16D-
