City Hall denied the information on the closure of the Torgovaya Street
Baku / 21.05.19 / Turan: The Baku Municipality refuted the information spread today in media that on May 25-31, the central street of the capital, Nizami (formerly Torgovaya), will be closed to citizens.
Spokesman for the mayoralty Israfil Karimov, refuted the information calling the message a "provocation".
"This information is provocative," he said.
The introduction of restrictions was due to the influx of foreign tourists and fans to the Euroleague final, which will be held on May 29 in Baku. -02D-
