Baku / 25.02.19 / Turan: On Monday morning, a fire started in the mine of one of the elevators of a high-rise residential building along Shafayat Mehtiyev Street (Yasamal district of the capital). Very quickly, the fire spread from the second floor to the upper floors, one of the building"s residents told reporters.
According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, 10 fire brigades and 5 ambulance crews.
The evacuation of residents is ongoing. Representatives of the Emergency Ministry arrived at the site.
The Ministry of Health has not yet commented on reports of the victims. According to ambulance doctors, some residents were poisoned by burning products.
According to unconfirmed reports, at 15 o'clock in the afternoon the fight against fire continued.
According to the evacuees, tenants remain on the upper floors of people who are blocked in their apartments. -02D-
