Ilham Aliyev approves the decision on the participation of citizens in the protection of public order
In accordance with the decree of the president the "Procedure on the participation of citizens in the protection of public order" dated March 2 was approved, in order to ensure the participation of citizens in the protection of law and order. The official report reads that the Cabinet instructed the Ministry of Justice to prepare and submit proposals for the implementation of this decision within three months. Interior Ministry instructed to carry out measures to attract citizens to participate in the protection of public order. In practice, this decision will mean the involvement of citizens to carry out police functions, rather than the public control over the work of police. -02D-
