Baku / 04.05.20 / Turan: Last Saturday, activist of the Garadagh regional organization of the Popular Front Party Elvin Mammadov “disappeared”.
According to the PFPA, he was called to work, but he did not return. After the relatives contacted the police, they were told, "They will soon say for how many days he was arrested."
The police did not answer why he was arrested and why they did not say anything to his relatives.
At about 5 pm on May 4, Elvin Mammadov called home and informed his family that he was in the Binagadi pre-trial detention center, he was arrested for 30 days.
He did not have time to report the reason for the arrest, for he was only allowed to speak for one minute, the Popular Front Party said. -02D-
