Baku /29.10.19 / Turan: On Tuesday, at about 11:30 in front of the Baku Court of Appeal, people in civilian clothes arrested the activist of the Popular Front Party, Emin Maniyev.
Several people approached him and demanded to go with them. They did not introduce themselves and, grabbing the activist, put him in a black Mercedes. This was reported to Turan by the human rights activist Zafar Ahmedov, who became an eyewitness to the detention. A video of the moment of Maniyev’s detention was distributed on Facebook.
