The problem of bank loans, the situation around Karabakh's recognition by Armenia, expert comments on these and other issues are the leading topics of today's press.

The official newspaper Azerbaijan published an article timed to the birthday of Heydar Aliyev. MP Fattah Heydarov shares his memories about Heydar Aliyev and his principles.

Azadlig is discussing amendments to legislation in connection with bank loans, according to which defaulters will be fined in the amount of four minimum salaries. The newspaper calls it a war of the power against its own people, as well as a trap for citizens.

Natig Jafarli believes the authorities are trying to improve services and eliminate the problems in this area. If the service Asan is so successful and it is charged with other tasks, then the authorities should themselves use this service to improve their own operations.
