Ten political prisoners go on hunger strike in prisons - human rights activist
Baku / 01/14/19 / Turan: In prisons of Azerbaijan, in addition to the blogger Mehman Huseynov, another ninde political prisoners are on a hunger strike, announced Turan the coordinator of the Center for the Protection of Political Prisoners, Oktay Gyulalyev.
Thus, they express solidarity with Mehman and demand the release of all other political prisoners, the human rights activist added.
According to him, there is information about the pressure in prisons on the protesters. However, other political prisoners also intend to join the rally.
The followig people are going on a hunger strike in prison: Ilkin Rustamzade, Bayram Mammadov, Elchin Ismayilli, Ahsan Nuruzade, Giyas Ibrahimov, Rashad Ramazanov, Fikret Farasmaoglu and Azad Hasanov, said the rights activist.
At the same time, the head of the public relations department of the Prison Service, Mehman Sadigov, stated that no one is on a hunger strike in the prison. -06D--

Today, on January 27, the winter session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) begins. The certificates of plastic surgeons who have not submitted their documents to the Ministry of Health by January 31 will be annulled, the Ministry of Health of Azerbaijan announced on January 27.
