News about Transfer of Bus Station to Presidential Administration Turned Out to Be Fake
Baku / 20.04.17 / Turan: Local media spread fake information about the alleged transfer of the Baku International Bus Station from the control of the Ministry of Transport and Communications to the Presidential Administration of Azerbaijan.
To begin with, the Baku International Bus Station was not subordinated to the Ministry of Transport and Communications.
On the other hand, there is no official decision on the transfer of the bus station to the Azerbaijani President's Affairs Department on the official website of the Cabinet of Ministers, or in the category of official documents of the state agency AzerTaj.
The press service of the presidential administration told Turan that they do not have information on this.
Earlier, the Ministries of Finance and Transport told the press that funds for the construction of the bus station had not been spent from the state budget. The complex was built by Baki XXI Century LLC. The founder of the LLC is Trans European Leasing Group Ltd registered in the Virgin Islands. ---71D
