Azerbaijani credit unions reduce assets by 3%
As of the end of 2024 the Azerbaijani credit unions had assets worth 12.6 million manats.This is stated in the credit union review published by the Central Bank of Azerbaijan.
According to the document, this is down by 0.8% from the end of September this year's end.
Note that assets of credit unions have fallen by 3.1% over the past year.
Financial indices of credit unions are disclosed once a quarter.

In 2024, AZN 716.8 million were allocated from Azerbaijan's reserve funds. This was announced by the Ministry of Finance. According to the information, AZN 715.3 million of these were financed on the basis of commissioned documents submitted by the relevant structures. In particular, according to the orders of President Ilham Aliyev, AZN 244.9 million were financed out of AZN 245.2 million allocated from the reserve fund of the head of state.
