Baku / 28.03.18 / Turan: Iranian President Hassan Rouhani arrived in Baku on an official visit on the morning of March 28. Rouhani visited the capital of Azerbaijan after a visit to Turkmenistan.
Within the framework of the visit, the meetings of Rouhani with Ilham Aliyev and the signing of bilateral agreements are expected.
In addition, the Iranian President will participate in the opening of a joint automobile plant in the Neftchala district.
Among the documents to be signed, there is also an agreement on financing the construction of a railway from Azerbaijan to Iran (Astara-Astara).

Moscow wants Armenia and Azerbaijan developing a peace treaty that would signify a long-term settlement of their relations, the Deputy Head of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Mikhail Galuzin, told in an interview with Izvestiya.
