Nikol Pashinyan said he could not reveal all the details of negotiations with Aliyev
Moscow/25.01.19 / Turan: Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, who is visiting Moscow, spoke at a press conference, referring to a meeting with Ilham Aliyev in Davos.
Answering the question of whether Karabakh"s involvement in negotiations was discussed in Davos, Pashinyan replied that he represented Armenia and could not speak for the residents of Karabakh, who did not elect him.
"They have their own government, their own parliament. Therefore, I cannot negotiate on behalf of Artsakh, I can negotiate on behalf of Armenia," said Pashinyan.
He also added that everyone is interested in the details of his meeting with Aliyev, but he cannot reveal all the details of the discussions, as this is not ethical.
"Nevertheless, everyone knows what we talked about. The negotiations were held within the framework that corresponds to my public statements," the premier said. -02D-
