Order on providing housing for martyr families

Baku/25.01.21/Turan: On Monday, the head of state issued an order to improve the social and living conditions of disabled people and families of martyrs.

The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection was instructed to implement a plan on the phased provision of housing or individual houses during 2021-2025.

Families of martyrs and those in need of housing registered with local executive authorities from January 1, 2014 to January 1, 2020, recognized as disabled in connection with the protection of the territorial integrity, independence and constitutional order of Azerbaijan.

In addition, regardless of the date of registration of disabled liquidators of the Chernobyl accident, local executive bodies have been instructed to provide information on the above-named persons. Based on the request of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population ensure the allocation of land plots for the specified purposes.

The Ministry of Economy, based on proposals from the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection, should ensure that funds for these purposes are included in the state budget. -02D-
