Baku /28.10.19 / Turan: The Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu will arrive in Yerevan on a working visit on October 29, Armenian media reported.
The head of the Russian defense department will discuss issues of bilateral cooperation and ensuring security in the Caucasus with the military-political leadership of Armenia.
According to Russian media, Shoigu’s visit is regional in nature - the head of the Russian Defense Ministry will come from Yerevan to Baku.
The Azerbaijani Defense Ministry has not yet confirmed the arrival of Shoigu. -02D-

On February 3, the trial of public activist Nijat Ibrahim will begin in the Baku Serious Crimes Court. This decision was made on Wednesday at a preparatory hearing by Judge Aygun Gurbanova. On January 23, Hilal Mammadov, a member of the Public Council of the Talysh people of Azerbaijan (PCTP), was summoned to the State Security Service (SSS) of Azerbaijan. As he himself informed Turan, the summons was delivered to him today by officers from the Nizami district department of the SSS.
