The OSCE Minsk Group is needed, but in a different form - expert opinion
Baku/15.04.21/Turan: The region needs the OSCE Minsk Group, but in a different way, says Avaz Hasanov, chair of the Society for Humanitarian Research, conflictologist.
Armenians live in Nagorno-Karabakh and Azerbaijan is thinking about their integration.
“This was also mentioned in the last speech of the President of the country, so there is a need for the OSCE Minsk Group. The sole participation of Russia is not beneficial for either Azerbaijan or Armenia,” he said.
As for the composition of the OSCE Minsk Group, "with the exception of France, the format of the Minsk Group is optimal."
“If the Minsk Group wants to return to the region, it will return. Keeping them away from the region will be impossible. Perhaps they will soon come in a new image,” Hasanov said. –06D-
