Baku / 06.03.20 / Turan: During the operation in the Bilasuvar region, customs officers detained the Azerbaijani citizen Atahan Abbasov with 3.5 kg of heroin. The drugs were hidden under a bridge on the Balkhara River.
On March 4, at 5 p.m. Abbasov arrived at the indicated place on a bicycle and was detained after he took the drug bag.
Who left the package with drugs is not reported. According to the Customs Committee, the heroin was delivered by an unknown person from Iran. The investigation is underway. -02D-
