The development of the agro-industrial complex, the inaccessibility of preferential mortgage loans in the regions, and the dependence of the economy on the oil factor are the topics of today's media.
The Azerbaijan newspaper writes about the development of the agro-industrial complex in the country. The importance of the value of the agricultural sector proves that 80% of the issued soft loans went to entrepreneurs from the regions.
The author cites data on the number of agricultural machinery and funds spent on it, on the number of agroparks, on concessional loans given to entrepreneurs, and on agricultural products sold to different countries, in particular, to Russia.
The newspaper Novoye Vremya writes about the recurring situation with the rise and fall in oil prices. In recent days, the oil market is again reeling.
The high price is seasonal, reverse processes are possible by the winter. Unfortunately, after the growth of oil prices, the Azerbaijani Cabinet of Ministers almost forgot about the need to develop non-oil sectors of the economy.
The website Modern.az writes about mortgage loans most of all received by residents of Baku. Changes in the conditions for granting mortgage loans are commented on by an economist Vugar Bayramov. According to him, out of 22,733 mortgage loans issued so far, 17,282 fell to the capital.
This means that out of 100 mortgage loans, 76 are directed to the purchase of apartments in Baku.
The second mortgage lending is in Sumgayit - 2,289 loans, Absheron and Khirdalan - 1,578 loans.
