Baku / 14.11.18 / Turan: Chairman of the National State Party of Azerbaijan NematPanahli isreleased from arrest, said his lawyers.According to them, the punishment of Panahly completed: "The decision on administrative arrest of NematPanahli for 30 days, passed last month, expired. He was released from the police department of Nasimi district, where he was detained."Panahly considers his administrative arrest unfounded. He told Turan that he would file a complaint with the European Court on the decision of the local courts.NematPanahly was detained on October 12, on charges of disobeying the police under the Article 535.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, was sentenced to 30 days.
