Baku / 30.05.18 / Turan: Nizami district court arrested activist of REAL party Nariman Mujahid
Ismail for 30 days of administrative arrest. He was found guilty under Article 535.1 (not subordination to the lawful demands of a police representative) of the Administrative Offenses Code, Turan was informed about this by member of the Majlis REAL Natig Jafarli.
Thus, Ismail became the third activist of this party, arrested on the last day.
On the eve of 30 days, Azer Gasimli was arrested, and today Elmin Hamza has been arrested for 25 days.
Another activist of Arastun Bakhshaliyev was brought to trial for the same punishment.

Arrests of REAL Activists
Baku / 30.05.18 / Turan: On May 30, a wave of arrests of the REAL party activists started. The day before, they conducted a rally in the center of Baku, dedicated to the official holiday - the 100th anniversary of the Azerbaijan People's Republic (APR).
However, the police detain activists not for organizing an unauthorized action, but on an imaginary charge of resisting police and hooliganism.
So, this morning the REAL activist Elmir Hamza was arrested by a court decision for 25 days for not fulfilling the demands of the police.
As a member of the party"s Majlis, Natig Jafarli, told Turan, another activist, Arastun Bakhshaliyev, was also taken to the 26th police station of the Yasamal district. His further fate is still unknown. Besides him, the police detained two more activists of the party. Apparently, they will also be accused and subjected to administrative arrest.
Recall that a member of the Majlis of REAL, Azer Gasimli was arrested for 30 days the night before.
