Foreign Ministry Sees Involvement of External Forces in Riots in Gence
Baku / 11.07.18 / Turan: An attempt to organize disorders in the city of Gence and violation of stability in the country show that there are external forces that are not satisfied with the development of Azerbaijan. This was stated by the official representative of the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry Hikmet Hajiyev today.
"The events in Gence showed that the development of Azerbaijan worries not only Armenia, but also some other external forces," he said at a briefing on Wednesday.
While "Azerbaijan is in war, the murder of police officers is a national betrayal."
"Traitors of the homeland, living abroad, who welcome and support these actions, should be ashamed of our people," Hajiyev said.
He urged the youth to "vigilance". -06D-
