Azerbaijan cuts spending on territories liberated from occupation by 18%

The Azerbaijani government plans to spend AZN 4 billion (USD 2.35 billion) from the 2025 state budget on the restoration and reconstruction of territories liberated from occupation. This was reported by the Ministry of Finance. According to the data, this is down by 17.6% from the approved forecast for 2024.
