Baku /09.10.19 / Turan: The 9th congress of the Musavat party, scheduled for October 12, was postponed a day later. The forum will take place on October 13 at the Billur Palace of Celebrations in the Binagadi district of Baku, the party spokesman Mustafa Hajibeyli said.
A few days ago, the leadership of this facility, contrary to preliminary agreement, refused to provide the Musavat party with premises for the congress on October 12.
However, after negotiations, the administration of the palace of festivals proposed holding the congress on October 13, and the party agreed to this.
