The foreign ministers of four countries agreed to develop the Caspian-Black Sea corridor
Baku/04.03.19/Turan: The signing of the declaration on March 4 resulted in a meeting of the foreign ministers of Romania, Azerbaijan, Georgia and Turkmenistan in Bucharest.
In the signed document, the parties undertake to promote the creation and development of the Black Sea - Caspian international transport route (BSCS). To this end, countries will create an expert working group to address all technical issues.
The parties undertake to coordinate their steps in order to simplify customs, export and import procedures, simplify legislation and establish cooperation between national operators, strengthen the transport infrastructure along this route and attract European structures to participate in this matter; to hold regular ministerial meetings to monitor steps taken, stated the press service of the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry. -02D-
