Baku / 21.11.19 / Turan: Colonel of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces Gahraman Mansimzadeh appealed to the head of state with a call to restore order in the Ministry of Defense, where serious offenses are taking place. He stated this in his video message to President Ilham Aliyev, posted on Youtube on November 20.

The colonel accuses a number of senior officers, including the chief of the general staff and the minister himself, of financial and other violations, vicious practice of corruption and violations of the rights of subordinates.
