A man who broke wires in the house of Igbal Agazade is detained
Baku / 27.11.19 / Turan: A man who cut off electric wires in the house of the head of the Umid party, former deputy of the Milli Majlis Igbal Agazade, was detained, reported the press service of the Main Police Department of Baku.
Law enforcement officers tracked down the broken wire of Pestryakov Vladislav Yuryevich born in 1986, detained him along with other persons, and transferred them to the 37th branch of the Khatai district police department.
During the investigation of a possible provocation against Agazade, it became known that Pestryakov was registered in the psychiatric clinic since 2013.
In his explanatory letter, he indicated that the house in which Agazade lives was owned by his friends and the fact that other people live in it now "bothers" Pestryakov.
