Baku Mayor's Office Prepares to Fight Snowfall
Baku / 08.02.20 / Turan: The City Hall appealed to residents and guests of the capital to exercise caution in connection with the sharp deterioration of the weather.
The Mayor’s appeal reminds that on the night of February 9, a sharp deterioration of the weather on Absheron is expected - a strong north wind, and heavy snowfalls, air temperature will drop by 18 degrees, and ice will appear on the roads.
It is recommended that the population not park cars under trees, go around construction sites, and observe other precautions.
City Hall mobilized a special technique, snow removal vehicles, which are put on alert. During the cold snap, all the utilities and technical services of the capital will operate in an enhanced mode, the report said. -02D-
