On 31December water supply to the village of Nardaran stopped, according to the elder of the vilage Natiq Kerimov stareyshna. He said that the appropriate structures have not warned the villagers on termkination of water supply and did not explain the reason.
"Water to the village comes from the village of Mashtaga; it has always been so. We do not kno why they stopped the water supply and when it will resume. If it is repair, how long it will last," asks an elder. According to him, it is misappropriation and embezzlement of 12 million manats allocated for social and economic development of the village.
For unknown reasons the columns for the electic lines have been replaced. They cover road with asphalt, but then for some reason, thee remove the asphalt.
Natig Kerimov said that he appealed to President Ilham Aliyev to monitor the flow of funds allocated for the village, but there is no answer yet.
