Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has approved legislative amendments requiring farms that breed fish and other aquatic biological resources to register and pay a state fee for the corresponding certificate. Under the law published on the president’s official website, the fee for issuing an aquaculture farm registration certificate will be 70 manats, or about $41.
