Solving the social and domestic problems of refugees and internally displaced persons, the possible increase in prices for foods, and fraud against foreign tourists are the leading topics of today's press.

The Azerbaijan writes about the social protection of IDPs and about measures to improve housing and living conditions. In this regard, special attention is paid to the activities of First Vice President Mehriban Aliyeva.

The author recalls that Mehriban Aliyeva devoted her first meeting precisely to this category of the population and to the improvement of the living conditions of 4,000 IDP families. Further, the author gives specific data on the arrangement of this category of persons.

The Echo published an article about the expected increase in prices for food products by an average of 5%. "The rise in prices entails acceleration in the rate of general inflation. Today, the prices of meat, vegetables and fruits increase most of all. Administrative methods cannot stop the rise in prices. In the third quarter, the price increase will exceed 5%.

Some price reduction will be observed only for vegetables and fruits due to seasonality. However, starting next month, prices for cucumbers and tomatoes, peaches and pears will begin to grow. The volume of these products in the market is shrinking, so the prices will go up.

In addition, prices for canned food, pasta, sunflower oil, butter, cheese and fish will rise.

The Bizim Yol writes how taxi drivers deceive foreign tourists. And this is done not only by taxi drivers, but also photographers, restaurant and hotel workers, and souvenir sellers. Tourists claim there is a negative attitude towards tourists in Azerbaijan.

All this spoils the country"s image, the article says.
