It should be noted that an event was created in social networks about the holding of the March 8 rally "8 MARSH - speak out against violence". The action is designed to protest domestic violence and women's inequality.
The Metropolitan Police reminds that in accordance with the requirements of the Law "On Freedom of Assembly", in order to conduct mass actions, the organizers must obtain appropriate permission from the city authorities. Therefore the organization and holding of any mass action uncoordinated with the Executive Authority of the city of Baku is an unlawful action and will be stopped.
The action was scheduled for 14.00 at the monument to the "Free Woman", from where the participants were going to go to the monument to Natavan. -06D--
