More than 1.1 thousand Russian peacekeepers have been deployed to Karabakh, Shoigu reported. "Today we are completing the deployment of observation posts in the South zone of responsibility. Another unit of peacekeepers will be deployed in the north of Nagorno-Karabakh. Tomorrow it is planned to place eight more posts in this zone," the head of the military department said.

It seems that Moscow itself has decided to resolve all issues without asking Baku's opinion or disregarding Baku's opinion.
