Supplementary ammunition and shell reserves are being created (Statement of the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan)
Planned activities on replenishment of ammunition and shells used against Armenian armed forces during counter-offensive operations and creation of supplementary reserves are being implemented according to the Defence Minister's order.
Troops are being supplied with all calibre ammunition and shells designated for various weaponry systems, hardware and other combat equipment produced in local defence industry facilities, Russia and other countries.
Supply of military units on the first line of defence as well as in the combat zone is ensured according to the standard quotas. Meanwhile, activities still continue in order to create the supplementary reserve stocks for long term combat operations.-0-

On 3 February, the Baku Court for Serious Crimes announced the indictment of activist Nijat Ibrahim. According to the prosecutor, Ibrahim stabbed a certain Bahman Aliyev. However, Ibrahim denied the accusations as saying that he had not stabbed anyone.
