Armenia confirms 3,330 deaths, body identification continues
Yerevan / 02.01.20 / Turan: Press Secretary of the Ministry of Health of Armenia Alina Nikoghosyan confirmed the death of 3,330 people from the Armenian side during the escalation in Karabakh from September 27 to November 9.
"As of January 1, forensic medical examinations of 3330 bodies of those killed in Karabakh were carried out. For identification and identification of bodies since the beginning of the war, 1441 samples have been taken from the bodies and remains of the dead, 871 samples are at the stage of research," Nikoghosyan wrote on Facebook.
According to her, 436 bodies have already been identified, 66 - over the past 10 days. "Specialists of the Scientific and Practical Center of Forensic Medicine continue to investigate and identify the bodies of the dead," Nikoghosyan noted.-0-
