Baku / 17.11.20 / Turan: On November 17, the construction of a new Fizuli-Shusha road began. The head of state, Ilham Aliyev, announced this in the liberated city of Fizuli.
“This will be a new road that did not exist before. It will allow people to easily get to Shusha.
Earlier we did it on the Aghdam-Khankendi-Shusha road, but this road is temporarily unavailable,” he said. -02B-
