Ilham Aliyev re-elected to NOC President
Baku/16.12.21/Turan: At the VIII National Olympic Committee (NOC) General Assembly, held today in the online format, Azerbaijan's leader Ilham Aliyev was re-elected President of the structure.The press service of the NOC announced it.
Chingiz Huseynzadeh, Farid Gaibov, Azer Aliyev, Zemfira Meftakhetdinova, Nazim Huseynov, Namig Abdullayev, Farid Mansurov, Faig Garayev, Koenul Nurullayeva, Mariana Vasileva and Ramil Haji were elected as NOC Executive Committee members.
The new audit commission includes Lyudmila Shubina, Hijran Sharifov, Balakishi Gasymov, Niyameddin Pashayev and Yashar Bashirov.
Note that Ilham Aliyev has headed the NOC since 1997.-0-
