Khamenei's niece sentenced to 15 years
Baku/09.12.22/Turan: On December 9, a court in Tehran sentenced the niece of Khameni, the Supreme Ruler of Iran, to 15 years in prison.
Farideh Moradkhani was arrested on November 23 after urging the international community to cut ties with the Iranian regime and stop any dealings with Tehran in a video message on social media due to human rights violations in the crackdown on popular protests.
She also called on democratic countries to withdraw their ambassadors from Iran and expel Iranian diplomats from their countries. --02D---
