Ministry of Emergency Situations will fight oil pollution of the sea
Baku/17.06.21/Turan: On Thursday, the head of state Ilham Aliyev signed a document according to which the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Azerbaijan is responsible for combating oil pollution in the Caspian Sea.
The protocol is part of the August 2011 Framework Convention for the Protection of the Marine Environment of the Caspian Sea.
The Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry was instructed to send a notification to the Secretariat of this convention. -02D-
