President Ilham Aliyev Visits Aghdam Liberated from Armenian Occupation
Baku / 23.11.20 / Turan: President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, together with his wife Mehriban Aliyeva, visited the Aghdam region liberated from Armenian occupation on Monday. M. Aliyeva posted a video about the trip on her Instagram page.
"We liberated the city of Aghdam and the settlements of the Aghdam region from occupation without a single shot. Having destroyed the enemy on the battlefield, we forced it to retreat from the Aghdam region," the President said, driving an armored car on the way to Aghdam.
He drew attention to the fact that in the direction of Aghdam the enemy created several lines of defense.
In Aghdam, the President raised the flag of Azerbaijan. The Aliyevs also visited the mosque. -06B-
