Reporters Without Borders welcomed the decision of the German authorities to issue permanent residence permits to 70 Russian dissidents who left Russia after the start of the war
Humanitarian visas must be issued not only to journalists, but also, for example, to cameramen and other technical workers, Reporters Without Borders writes. This also applies to media workers who left Russia for third countries, such as Armenia, Georgia or Turkey. -02D-
