Baku/25.09.23/Turan: The second round of discussions between official representatives from Baku, led by MP Ramin Mammadov, and Armenian residents of Karabakh, including Sergey Martirosyan and David Melkumyan, concluded in Khojaly.
These talks were facilitated by the leadership of the Russian peacekeeping contingent. As of now, details regarding the outcomes of this meeting have not been made public.

During the ongoing COP29 climate conference in Baku on November 14, a group of activists staged a protest condemning Russia's aggression against Ukraine.
