Aliyev Allocated AZN 2.5 Million for Restoration Work on the Maiden"s Tower
President Ilham Aliyev signed an order "On additional measures to speed up the restoration, preservation and renovation of the museum exhibition Maiden Tower".
According to the document, to accelerate the restoration held in the Maiden Tower, the conservation work and the reconstruction of the museum exhibition, from the Reserve Fund of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic to the Office of the State Historical-Architectural Reserve "Icherisheher" under the Cabinet of Ministers there will be allocated 2.5 million (two million five hundred thousand) manats.
Maiden's Tower as an ancient landmark, which was included in the list of World Heritage of UNESCO in 2000. -06D--
