Access from abroad to the public procurement portal is completely limited
Baku/ 14.08.20 / Turan: Since last Sunday, access from abroad to the public procurement portal has been completely limited. So far, there is no official explanation for this phenomenon.
The portal of state electronic purchases is practically the only source of information on competitive electronic and other purchases conducted in Azerbaijan for an amount exceeding 50,000 manats. The restriction of access to the portal led to the de facto exclusion of foreign companies from participating in public procurement.
The e-procurement portal has been operating since March 2019 and is jointly managed by the State Service for Antimonopoly Policy and Control over the Consumer Market and the Center for the Development of Electronic Government. - 08B--
