Amendments to Law on State Duty
Amendments to the law "On State Duty" have come into force. The President of Azerbaijan signed the decree yesterday.
According to the amendments, the state fee for the renewal and restoration of business licenses will not be charged now. In addition, for those who work in the capital and throughout the country, the cost of the license is set at a standard level determined by the Ministry of Economy and Industry. Those who work exclusively in the regions will pay half of the established tariff (with the exception of regional broadcasting).
And another laxative change is that those who want to do business in several types of licensed business activities will pay a license fee for only one item with the highest standard tariff. --17D-
